Milk Drop Lactation Care is a gentle, women-led service that provides tailored breastfeeding education and support to mothers and families during antenatal and/or postnatal periods.

Throughout your breastfeeding journey, we aim to support and empower you, ensuring these precious moments are joyous and nourishing for both mama and baby.

Providing lactation care and education tailored to meet individual needs during the antenatal or postnatal period.

Services –

    • One-on-one sessions aimed at education and preparation for your breastfeeding journey

    • Breast anatomy and awareness

    • Breastfeeding positions and correct attachment

    • Antenatal expressing from 37 weeks gestation including collection and storage of breast milk.

    • One-on-one sessions post the birth of your baby aiming to educate and empower you for your breastfeeding journey

    • Positioning and attachment and adequate milk transfer

    • Mouth anatomy assessment and referrals to local and metropolitan specialists if required or requested

    • Multiple babies, tandem breastfeeding, premature babies, re introducing lactation, milk supply concerns, induced lactation for mothers.

  • As an endorsed midwife and lactation consultant, Belinda can provide scripts for post-breastfeeding consultations if required. Medicare rebates are also available for the first seven weeks after your baby's birth.

  • Hospital grade pumps are available to hire on request.
